• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with the platform.
• Communication Data: messages you send to other users through our messaging feature.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Gridless platform.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Display your content on the map and in feeds.
• Facilitate communication between users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including row-level security (RLS) policies, authentication controls, and regular security reviews.

Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using strong, unique passwords.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details and billing information subject to their privacy policy.
• Supabase — for database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Supabase processes and stores your account data, content, and usage information subject to their privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, analyze usage patterns, and improve the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features.

User-generated content may remain visible even after account deletion if it has been shared with or saved by other users.

Gridless is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Supabase and Stripe operate their infrastructure. We rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your data during such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Gridless after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
